and one of the things i love about being able to go to the gym now is if i have a bad breakfast and end up binging on tim hortons or something i can easily just be like,’i’ll just go to the gym now and burn it all off so when i get home i can start all over’
today is that day. i just had a bunch of danishes and i feel gross but once i get back from the gym in a few hours i’ll feel better because NO ONE regrets a workout right?
